Short, because the relationship is short: you pay monthly for software, and either of us can walk away.

The service

Magic Babka is a CRM with automated coaching. The coaching is produced by a language model reading the data you enter. It is a tool for thinking, not professional advice, and it will sometimes be wrong. Decisions about your business remain yours.

Your account

One person per account. Keep your password to yourself, tell us if it gets out, and do not use Magic Babka to send anything unlawful or to store data you have no right to hold.

Your data

Yours. We store and process it to run the service, as described in the privacy page. You can export or delete it whenever you like.

Paying

Monthly in advance. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months. If we raise the price we will tell you at least thirty days before it applies to you.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you want. We can close it if you do not pay or you abuse the service, and we will tell you why.

The boring necessary part

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available at all times or that its advice will make you money. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
